Uhhhh… that’s not a “she”, that’s a he–it’s Ronnie Moipolai from Kopong village in the Kweneng district, 50 km west of the capitol Gaborone Botswana. He is 29 years old and goes around the shebeens (a South African juke joint) selling and playing his songs for 5 Pula each–about 50 cents USD.

  7. Truly incredible talent! Ronnie in this video plays in South African juke joints in Botswana making an equivalent of 50 cents a day in American money! It's funny, juke joints in America actually existed not many decades ago, 1 real one still active in the Mississippi Delta. Ronnie as 1.2 million plus views on YouTube, I hope he gets many more!
